Everything You Need to Know

How does online training work?

After signing up, you receive a personalized training and nutrition plan tailored to your goals, fitness level and lifestyle. Communication is via app or WhatsApp, and we track progress weekly.

Do I need equipment or a gym membership?

No. Programs are adapted for both home training and the gym. You indicate what is available to you at sign-up.

How soon can I expect first results?

First visible results usually come between weeks 3 and 6, depending on your starting point and consistency. The goal is not quick weight loss — the goal is lasting results.

Is nutrition included?

Yes. Every program includes a nutrition plan tailored to your preferences — no extreme diets or starvation. The plan is continuously modified as your body changes and progresses, which is one of the key reasons we achieve such great results.

How much time per week do I need for training?

Minimum 3 to 4 hours per week, spread across 3-4 workouts. The plan is adaptable to your schedule.

What does communication with the trainer look like?

I am available every day. You can ask questions at any time, and weekly we do a check-in where we review progress and adjust the plan.

What if I'm not satisfied with the results?

Every plan is continuously adjusted based on your progress. If something isn't working — we change the approach, we don't give up.
